Bear Hug Films

Day 1: Messaging 

To kick off our week with Bear Hug Films, we began with the messaging portion of his brand. This sets the stage for the way he wanted his brand to be talked about and pitched to new potential clients.

Through our extensive messaging questionnaire, we gathered details from him like what he values and how he serves his clients. We leveraged these details to create a full messaging guide, website copy, and a detailed plan for all future marketing collateral.

Through our feedback form, Zac was able to deliver clear direction on the changes he wanted made allowing the Launch38 team to finalize the messaging and deliver Zac his final guide.

Day 2: Branding 

Day 2 began with Bear Hug receiving two logo concepts and he chose the one that aligned with his vision. Our team created his two options based on the brand quiz he filled out prior to kickoff.

This allowed our team to gather all of the necessary details about Zac’s vision for his brand and how he wanted it displayed. Once he decided on Concept 2, our team tweaked the preferred concept with his input and exported all logos, colors, and typography selections alongside his brand guide.

Day 3: Website 

Following a similar process to the brand development, Zac was given two website hero options to choose from as well. These options were based on his branding from the previous day outlining the different directions for his website.

Zac chose website header one and our team got to work on building out his website. In this stage, his brand and messaging were applied to his website to create a branded and strategic outcome so he is ready to serve his clients well.

Day 4: Content Strategy

Now that we have branding, messaging, and a website underway, we dive into all things content. Our team worked with Zac’s marketing needs based on his marketing assets questionnaire to create a plan that would hold him accountable and guide him on what kind of content to put out.

From blogs to social to email marketing, he has a plan for each month on what he should cover and how to create content for his ideal target audience.

Day 5: Launch 

On Day 5, Zac received all of his completed deliverables and the next steps on how to launch his site. We also have an extensive knowledge base to guide users like Zac to better understand how to update and maintain their Squarespace site.

Zac now has the tools to get Bear Hug off the ground and begin attracting clients.

  • Launch38 registration is completed online or over the phone with one of our Launch38 coaches.

    Upon registration, you will receive your welcome email, dashboard, and questionnaires.

  • Kickoff Day:

    You will start your day by receiving your messaging guide, which you will leverage for your website copy and all future marketing collateral. The messaging guide is created using our signature Lawson House Framework.

  • You will receive two logo concepts and choose the one that most closely aligns with your vision. Our designers will tweak the preferred concept with your input. You will also receive logos, colors, and typography selections.

  • You will begin by reviewing the top section of your website, where your brand and messaging come together. By the end of the day, you will receive your entire homepage copy and design, built on Squarespace.

  • You will receive a custom-created marketing routine (including social content, email suggestions, and blogs) that will serve as your content roadmap and correlate with our Lawson House content planner and tracker.

  • You will receive Launch38 resources, including an SEO guide, Launch Strategy, and Website Editing Guide. By the end of the day, we will deliver your final message, brand, and website.
